Biden’s Past Returns to Haunt Him: More Classified Documents Found in Delaware Home

The United States Department of Justice recently conducted a search of President Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, where they discovered six classified documents. These documents were from Biden’s time as a senator, which lasted from 1973 to 2009, and from his tenure as vice president in the Obama Administration. The search lasted for over 12 hours and also included notes that Biden had handwritten as vice president.

The president had offered authorities access to his home to conduct the search for potential vice presidential records and classified material, which was coordinated with Biden’s lawyers ahead of time. The president and first lady were not present during the search. This is the first time ‘federal law enforcement’ has conducted a search for government documents at Biden’s private addresses.
