According to economists, the consumer price index (CPI), which monitors a variety of commodities such as rent, food, health care, and Oil, will indicate that monthly price increases were unchanged in December after rising by 0.1% in November.
Inflation is anticipated to have increased by 6.5% annually, down from a peak of 9.1% in June and a rate of 7.1% in November.
